SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery is £5.00  Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail 48 Tracked once dispatched.

(please note dispatch is normally within 24 hours of receiving your order excluding weekends)

Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days after you place your order e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods should be delivered by the following Monday. Order tracking is available with your tracking Number which is emailed to you.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.

*Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday or Sundays. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

EU AND WORLDWIDE DELIVERY INFORMATION

For peace of mind, Fearless only offers trackable international delivery. To EU destinations the cost is £17.50 for the rest of the world the cost is £17.50 bv. Deliveries will be made in 7-10 working days after you place your order depending on your location.

*We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday or Sundays.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

TERMS OF POSTAGE

If you opt for standard delivery (which is a trackable service) at the checkout, in the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 10 working days have passed, Winstons.co.uk will re-ship your order at the companies expense and make a claim on your behalf.

If you have purchased a European or International tracked service and in the unlikely event your item goes missing in the post, Winstons.co.uk will process a claim and once the claim has been accepted you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

*Royal Mail doesn't class an item as lost until 21 days have passed, your claim may therefore take up to 6 weeks to be processed.

All standard parcels will be dispatched within 24hrs. 

PS... VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PRE-ORDERS. 


If your order contains a PRE-ORDERED item(s) your order will be held until the full order can be fulfilled. However, if you wish to have your other items sent to you, please email customer services and we will dispatch your order in two separate parcels. If you have any questions regarding your PRE-ORDERED item(s) please just  send us a message.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

You can return your items to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

All sale items ( Sale Items ) to be returned will receive a store credit.

Unfortunately, we don’t cover return postage costs. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Winstons.co.uk.

Please enclose your delivery note and mark the item you are returning and if you would like an exchange or a refund. Your order should be still in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached, if any tags are removed, there is ANY Damage returns will be refused. 

International & ROI Returns

To return an item back to us from outside of the UK: Your order should be still in its original condition with all tags attached. Please fill in your details on the back of the invoice, put this into your parcel and post it to us at:

We recommend that you send this as recorded delivery, so you can track it on its way back to us.

Wrong size? Exchange?

Due to being a fast online fashion company and our products being so popular, we regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee to process an exchange however, we will always try to offer an alternative or full refund.

We will not be held responsible for items returned to us in error, the contents will be donated to a local charity.

PS, just a quick checklist for your return

Should we receive your return within 14 days of order it will be eligible for a full refund or exchange. If a return is sent back and arrives to us later than 14 days after your order was delivered to you the return will be refused . 

Please be careful when trying on your new purchases as we will not issue any credits on items that are marked or damaged etc. All items must be returned in the original packaging and the original condition they were received with the tags still attached to be eligible.
